SWGB: Register Certified Wine

To register your wine as eligible for SWGB certification, please complete and submit the form below. The details will then be reviewed by the SWGB Scheme Manager and your wine will be published on the certified wines list on the public area of the site.

MEMBER NAME(Required)

Please enter your legal or trading name under which you are registered as a member.

CERTIFIED VINEYARD NAME(S)(Required)

The name of the vineyard(s) where the grapes were grown. All vineyards listed must be certified.

CERTIFIED WINERY NAME(S)(Required)

The name of the certified winery where the wine was made (or wineries if, for example, the wine was disgorged at a different site).

WINE NAME(Required)

The name the wine will be marketed under.

VINTAGE(Required)

The vintage for the wine (e.g. 2020, NV)

GRAPE VARIETIES(Required)

Please list the grape varieties, and their percentages in the blend, on separate lines in descending order of percentage.

WINE VOLUME (litres)(Required)

Please enter the total volume of wine bearing the certification mark, in litres. This figure will allow us to monitor certifications and will not be published on the website.
