Held annually in June, English Wine Week celebrates all that is great and good about English wine! Wine School of Cheshire are proud members of Wines of Great Britain and English Wine Week is the highlight of our annual calendar of events!

June is a key time for the vineyards when buds turn into flowers and grapes begin to form. Of course English Wine Week is not lust limited to our 900+ vineyards! Across England our homegrown industry is spotlighted by supermarkets, wine merchants, hotels, pubs, bars and restaurants too!

Join us in The Wine Garden to celebrate English Wine Week here in Chester! Look forward to English sparkling as well as still white, rosé and red wines during this entertaining evening! Cheshire’s wine specialist, Richard J Smith will guide you through each wine together with the mouth-watering food pairings selected to match with each wine. Richard is also thrilled to be one of just a handful of industry professionals to take part in the WineGB Training and Education working group and for many years Richard has presented talks on behalf of WineGB at RHS Tatton Park.
