Ferovinum is a working capital platform that provides capital to businesses within the wine and spirits sector to fund inventory and accounts receivable.

In 2020, it launched a product tailor-made for UK sparkling wine producers and has since funded over one million bottles through the platform and helped producers invest for growth.

This product is particularly relevant for traditional method sparkling wine producers in the UK, given the capital-intensive production cycle and current opportunities for brand-building and wine tourism. Wine can be funded from the moment it is placed in bottle and throughout the lees ageing, finishing and marketing periods; releasing shareholder capital for investment in more productive uses.
