Ambriel vineyards sit on sunny south-facing slopes overlooking the South Downs National Park. Our Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier vines thrive on warm, free-draining greensand. We make our Traditional Method, single estate Sparkling wine in our winery in the middle of the vineyards. Our prolonged lees-ageing promotes a well-structured balance of fruit and autolytic characters. Currently the Ambriel range includes a Classic, a Rosé, a Blanc de Blancs, a Blanc de Noirs and an English Reserve. Ebulliently English.
