The luxurious lodges were designed and built by Will Hardie of Channel 4’s Amazing Spaces and the tasting rooms have an experience room, a shop, gin school and our eatery 'The Taste' hosts delicious seasonal dishes, cleverly designed around our wine, bees, gin and garden produce.
