1. Eligibility
– By applying for this award, participants confirm that they reside in the UK.
– Have to legal right to work in the UK.

2. Application Requirements
– All entries must be written by the applicant, without the use of AI.
– The provision of any images of the applicant should have attribution by the creator.

3. Consent for Use of Images and Videos
By submitting an entry, participants grant WineGB the following rights:
– Social Media Sharing for publicity – Submitted images may be shared on WineGB’s social media channels and digital platforms for the purpose of publicity of the award.
– Rights to Use Submitted Content – Entrants grant WineGB a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute submitted images for:
– Award administration
– Digital channels
– Marketing and promotional activity
– Internal image libraries
– This may include (but is not limited to) digital campaigns, printed materials, press activity, and industry communications.

4. Consent of Individuals Featured
– Entrants must confirm that all identifiable individuals featured in their submitted images have provided informed consent for:
– Their image to be used by the entrant for submission
– WineGB to use the image as described in these Terms & Conditions

5. Intellectual Property
– Entrants retain ownership of their submitted content.
– By entering, participants grant WineGB the usage rights described above without the need for further approval or compensation.

7. General
– By applying for the award, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
– WineGB reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
