In the course of providing our services to you we (as ‘data controller’ for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998) will hold personal information (as detailed in the completed form) about you, and/or your officers and/or your employees. We will store the information on our database for use by WineGB in processing the forms, maintaining business contact records, updating you about the event and any related activities, and for updating the WineGB website and social media accounts. We will also hold information, so we can provide related services in order to manage and publicise the event. We will pass your details to other organisations to carry out some of these activities for WineGB. Where the Organiser uses other organisations to process the information, we will require them to put appropriate measures in place to protect the information.
