I am a Swiss oenologist with a passion for wine, cider, beer and mead production. During my studies in Switzerland, I had the opportunity to come and live here in my partner's family house. It didn't take me long to convince myself that this was the perfect place to start a small wine and cider production business. I decided to plant a vineyard and an orchard. The quality of my products is the daily goal whether in the fields or in the winery. I hope to have the opportunity to introduce you to them very soon.
