Sticle Vineyard/Winery is a 34 acres Organic and biodynamic Eco-Wine Estate property of which 25 acres is dedicated for its Vineyard. Nestled 800 ft above sea level in the undulating Welsh Landscape, this family-owned vineyard was established in 2019 with 10,000 Sparkling vines of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.  Its 1st harvest is scheduled for 2023.

Our 3 Vintage Prestige cuvée will be produced using Traditional Method from solely 1stpress. Once blended, the 2ndmaturation on less in the bottle will be on its journey to the aging cave away from noise and light for a period of no less than 15 months and some of that Vintage will continue its journey for a period of 10 years until both achieve their ultimate flavours, colour and distinctive pearly bubbles of pink, gold and grey.  Although the same care will be attributed to each Vintage, the aging process is the ingredient of time that defines the ultimate characteristics for each. Les Trois Perles Collection, a Rosé, a Blanc de Blancs, and a Blanc de Noirs, will reflect a unique moment in time to cherish and share!
