Pewley Down Vineyard sits on a south facing chalk slope close to Pewley Down on the southern edge of Guildford. The vineyard is small producing between 1,000 and 3,000 bottles annually depending on the harvest. The only grapes used for the wines are grown in the vineyard. Grape varieties are Rondo, Bacchus, Schonburger and Pinot Noir Précoce. All grapes are harvested at the same time and processed together to produce a single vintage rosé wine each year. The wines are available in selected local shops and restaurants.
