Limeburn Hill Vineyard

Limeburn Hill Vineyard is the only biodynamic vineyard in the south west of England. It was set up by Georgina Harvey and Robin Snowdon in 2015 and is perched on a sunny south-facing slope at Chew Magna, Bristol. Some 3000 vines were hand-planted producing eight varieties of grapes – three red and five white – and all certified biodynamic.

Limeburn Hill Vineyard makes natural, biodynamic wines from their own grapes. These include Pétillant Naturel wines (white, rosé and red), still Amber (skin-macerated white) wines, plus 2 spirits distilled from their own wines.

The wines have no added sulphites, no filtering, no additives, no use of animal products and are all fermented with wild yeast from the vineyard. In this way they authentically reflect the terroir and spirit of place.

More details of the vineyard, wines, and spirits, plus tours, tastings, events, workshops, courses and buying info, are available on their website.
