The light morning mists of late Summer and early Autumn, combined with the relatively cool microclimate which exists at the foot of the gently sloping North Downs Way, allows our grapes to develop wonderful aromas that are part of the unique personality and 'terroir' of Godstone Sparkling Wines. Imagine a cloudless day in June, when the ditches are creamy with Meadowsweet and Cow Parsley, the air heavy with all the scents of Summer, aromas of splendour which we aim to encapsulate in every bottle of our English Wine.
