Failand Farm Winery and Cider Mill is currently nearing completion (with the help of LEADER grant funding) and will be in use from autumn 2018, specialising in the production of natural wines and ciders, made from organic or biodynamic fruit, using wild fermentations and with minimal use of additives. Our mission is to be a collaborative hub for natural wine and cider making, the first of its kind in the West of England.
