Recently planted vineyard in the Walled Garden. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay mix in 1.5 acres. We will produce a sparkling wine called Duke Miles, after my father, who adored Carlton above all else. The vineyard is open by appointment, or on open days, and can include a tour of the house, brewery, private woodland walk and park.
