A family-owned vineyard producing award-winning English sparkling wine. The vineyard is on a farm in use for over 300 years, situated on gentle south-facing slopes. An area of great historical importance, next to a 12th century church, the site of a roundhead encampment and next to the US 101st Airborne base in World War 2. The wines are single source, produced from Rondo, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Pinot Meunier.
