Experienced winemaker, Scott Gebbie, with over 15-years winemaking experience in both southern and northern hemisphere, including Champagne has been the winemaker at Mereworth Wines since 2018 producing award winning wines. The winery is accredited with Sustainable Wines of Great Britain, Gold Trade Mark through WineGB, which we’re a member.
Mereworth is located close to major roads networks: M20, A2, M25 and is positioned on the A26 and therefore provides easy access. Our winery has a 5-ton Willmes Press, and has a well-equipped winery with an onsite lab which has many advantages. We offer: vinification for still and Classic Method Sparkling Wine, bottling, riddling, disgorging, labelling and storage. We’re flexible in so much as being able to manage smaller volumes of grapes. In addition, Scott offers vineyard consultancy. Viewings of our facilities and winery can be made by appointment.
