Judging will take place between 5th and 8th June at Exton Park with a panel of nine amazing judges chaired by Susie Barrie MW and Oz Clarke OBE.

“As the leading competition dedicated to UK wines, there’s no better endorsement than a medal from WineGB. Every wine entered into the awards goes through a rigorous judging process, nothing is overlooked, and if an award is given it is thoroughly deserved. What we, as judges, love most is the range of styles we taste every year, from established classics to some of the most innovative wines around. The UK is currently one of the most exciting places to make, buy and drink wine – we’re here to celebrate that and reward our hugely talented producers.”

Susie Barrie MW

“After the frankly astonishing summer and autumn of 2022, I am sure that all of you are bursting to show the world what you have achieved. Add to that the remarkable predictions of Doctor Alistair Nesbitt about our suitability in Britain for the production of world quality wine over the next 20 years, and I hope this will leave you all brimming with confidence. As our vineyards mature, as our winemaking gets better and better, we want to taste your wines and award you medals. These Wine Awards are YOUR Wine Awards. Please take part, great and small, and thrill our palates with what you’ve created.”
