Wines of Great Britain and the WineGB Winemaking Working Group are proud to present the WineGB Winemaking Conference 2021. With a range of speakers with top-level knowledge and experience from across the industry it will be a day not to miss.

This will be WineGB’s first in-person conference since the start of the pandemic, and we are thrilled to welcome you back. This conference is aimed at the winemaking community; those currently working as winemakers, those studying winemaking and those with an interest in it. Join us on 29 November at the beautiful Denbies Wine Estate for a full day of talks and tastings on key subjects including climate change, protein & tartrate stability, FTIR analysis and sustainability. Tasting topics include a focus on UK canned wine, and a comparison of blanc de blancs sparkling with still white wines from the UK. Early bird prices and a special student rate are available.
