This webinar will highlight the importance of effective, trusted and accessible grievance mechanisms based on worker survey findings and offer an overview of the key tools available through the Task Force and the Seasonal Worker Support Line. A case study from Hall Hunter will give growers examples of practical actions that can help to build trust in grievance mechanisms and ways that worker feedback has led to tangible changes.
