Guests will be escorted into the vines by one of our experienced guides to learn how a typical year of growing vines and wine production progresses. Among the highlights of this experience are a visit to our RIBA nominated Winery to learn the process and care involved in making high quality sparkling wines. The tour will conclude with a unique opportunity to taste our Sussex Sparkling wines which will be paired with a sample of local produce to showcase the finest that Sussex has to offer.
