We're really excited to welcome the brilliant Sam Caporn MW back to Palate to present her new book 'English Wine: Your essential companion, from Vine to Wine'. Sam has spent the last few years traversing the vineyards of England discovering wines, tasting rooms and overnight stays, bringing it all together in this brilliant guide. She'll be presenting highlights from the book accompanied by some of the fantastic wines she's encountered along the way. Come and join us and learn more about exploring the wine regions on our doorsteps.

Your ticket includes 4 English wine samples, plus you can add a signed copy (or more) of the book into your basket (for collection) or signed copies will be available for purchase on the night. The ideal stocking filler for any one in your life who loves exploring the countryside or just loves wine.

We reserve the right to cancel this event if necessary. In the event of a cancellation, customers will be refunded or booked in for the next available session.
We can seat 10 guests around our communal tasting table, and have stalls and seats in our window bays. Seating is usually based on a first come first serve basis at the start of the event, although we always try to seat groups together. If you have a special requirement that means you cannot sit on a stool, please let us know. You do not need a physical ticket for this event, please just let us know your name as you arrive so we can tick you off.

We will be taking photos throughout this event for our social media so please let us know if you would not like to be featured.
