Wine wealth encompasses various aspects of the wine industry from wine brokering to wine tech.
We also recently expanded to include initiatives aimed at repurposing wine waste with specific focus on pomace. Hence, our pledge is to improve sustainability in the English wine industry by incorporating by-products of winemaking into production processes in food, beverage and cosmetic industries.
We aim to achieve this by cooperating with vineyards across the UK to obtain their pomace which would be appropriately processed and shipped to the relevant industries.
