Sustainable improvements to winery

We at Itasca built our winery in 2020 and we are trying to be as sustainable as possible with our solar panels on the roof and our 500,000-litre pool to gather all our waste water.

The water is then naturally filtered through straw bales and pumped into our wetland pools.
