A: Early-bird pricing has been held at 2024 levels:
- £78+VAT per wine for producers with under 2ha / 6000L production
- £100+VAT per wine for producers with over 2ha / 6000L production

Q: Where do I send entry sample bottles?
A: 4 sample bottles of each wine being entered should be sent to:
Sensible Wine Services, Unit 10 Dana Trading Estate, Transfera Road, Paddock Wood, Tonbridge TN12 6UT
These need to arrive by 09.05.25, and the outside of the box should be marked FAO WineGB Awards 2025
Q: I am not a member of WineGB, can I still enter the Awards?
A: The WineGB Awards are only open to WineGB members. To join WineGB and participate in the competition, as well as gain access to the annual WineGB Trade and Press Tasting, webinar series, support forum and many other benefits, click here.
Q: I am a grower member, can I enter the Awards?
A: Growers get discounted WineGB membership on the basis that they are not producers of wine on a commercial level.
If you are a grower now producing wine commercially and you would like to enter the Awards, please follow the entry link, fill out the entry form, and then we’ll be in touch to arrange upgrading your membership.
Q: Can I enter tank samples?
A: The WineGB Awards judges finished, commercially-available wine, and so tank samples cannot be entered.
If you have a wine you would like to enter that is not yet bottled by the cut-off point for entry (9 May), but will be commercially available by the time of judging (2– 5 June) and announcement of results (17 July), please contact the Awards Manager at awards@winegb.co.uk to discuss.
Q: Can I enter magnums?
A: Typically, we require commercially available 75cl bottles to be entered for all categories, except sweet wines, where 37.5cl bottles may be entered.
However, exceptions may be made for commercially available magnums for premium sparkling wines (those priced over £65 per 75cl unit or equivalent pro-rata). Please contact awards@winegb.co.uk to discuss.
Q: What categories are there?
A: Wines can win awards in the following classifications. Please note, you don’t have to enter a wine for an individual award. When filling out the entry form, simply select the appropriate classification for your wine and it will be eligible for the relevant awards that apply to its style.
