St Hilary Vineyard
Nestled in the glorious Vale of Glamorgan, St Hilary Vineyard was established in 2021 with Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay vines. The début wine from the 2023 harvest is a dry, still rosé. A traditional method sparkling white wine is currently on its lees.
