Norwich Wine Week – Norfolk

Enjoy Norwich’s biggest-ever wine celebration!

Norwich Wine Week returns between 18 – 29 June 2025, bringing a deliciously diverse mix of local and international wine-related experiences to venues across the City of Stories. This celebration is perfect whether you’re a curious newcomer or a seasoned sommelier, with all events providing a welcoming way to learn, taste, and enjoy.

Norwich Wine Week Uncorked (Dragon Hall, 18 June, 6-9pm)
Taking place on 18 June at Dragon Hall, meet some of the region’s best producers and merchants behind the vines in tandem at Norwich Wine Week Uncorked. Kicking off the week’s festivities, this opening event will be the perfect opportunity to sample a curated selection of wine from close to home and around the world. Guests can also treat themselves to wood-fired Monzu Pizza while discovering their new favourite tipple at this fun and informal event.

Exhibitors include everything from local favourites such as Adnams, Burn Valley Vineyard, Chet Valley Vineyard and Flint, to new discoveries such as award-winning Oichi Kombucha.

Tickets for Uncorked are £20 (+ booking fee) and include a 30-minute tutored wine tasting session (subject to availability) with a local wine expert, the opportunity to try and buy a fantastic range of wines, and a Norwich Wine Week tote bag with wine related goodies.

Norwich Wine Week: The Showcase (Norwich, citywide venues, 19 – 29 June)
Between 19 – 29 June, the celebration continues with a delectable selection of showcase events taking place in a variety of venues across the city, from fine dining to casual drinks. Shining a spotlight on the rich and diverse world of wine, these events will bring together wine lovers, local businesses and the community to explore and enjoy wine.

From educational tastings to gourmet food pairings, The Showcase will offer a variety of experiences for all pocket sizes that also cater to all levels of wine knowledge. Whether guests are looking to learn more, try something new, or simply raise a glass with friends, Norwich Wine Week promises a brilliant blend of fun, flavour and discovery.

Winelands Lewes – East Sussex

A drop-in tasting event will showcase wines from leading local vineyards: Artelium, Beacon Down, Bewl Water, Breaky Bottom, Everflyht, Gusbourne, Henners, Oastbrook, Oxney, Plumpton College, Rathfinny, Stopham, Sugrue South Downs, Tislmore, Wiston and Westwell. Cheese Please will be offering cheese plates to complement the tastings.

In the evening, a Pop-Up Supper – Wine critic / comic Olly Smith will welcome guests for a long-table feast by Field Food expertly paired with English wines. Vineyards of the Surrey Hills’ Summer Spectacular wine festival weekend

Celebrating the end of English Wine Week, Vineyards of the Surrey Hills’ Summer Spectacular wine festival weekend on Saturday June 28 and Sunday June 29 offers a glorious opportunity to explore English wine and the Surrey Hills wine route.

A collaboration between Albury Organic Vineyard, Chilworth Manor Vineyard, Denbies Wine Estate, Greyfriars Vineyard and High Clandon Estate Vineyard, the Summer Spectacular weekend sees each vineyard hosting individual and unique events with tours and tastings, wine dinners, live music, art and sculptures and more.

English Wine Week ‘Taste of Herefordshire’ tours & tastings – Foxbury Fields Vineyard

AN AWARD-WINNING Herefordshire vineyard is throwing open its gates to visitors for a series of ‘Taste of Herefordshire’ tours and tastings as part of English Wine Week (Saturday, June 21 to Sunday, June 29, 2025).

Bromsberrow-based Foxbury Fields Vineyard is hosting events on June 21, 22, 25, 27 and 28 to help raise awareness of the county’s wine producers and wine tourism opportunities.

Every event takes place at the vineyard, nestled at the foot of the Malvern Hills. After walking through the vines and touring the site, guests can sit back and try the award-winning classic vintage English Bacchus and our wonderfully perfumed Ortega wines.

The vineyard is a five-to-10-minute walk from the farm, so if anyone has any walking difficulties, but would like to come along, please get in touch with the vineyard team direct before booking to discuss accommodating your needs.

Foxbury Fields Vineyard’s ‘Taste of Herefordshire’ tours and tastings are on Saturday, June 21 from 3pm, Sunday, June 22 from 3pm, Wednesday, June 25 from 6pm, Friday, June 27 from 6pm and Saturday, June 28 from 3pm.

Each tour, which is priced at £5 per person, lasts approximately 90 minutes to two hours and includes the wine tasting.
